Four questions, one page, then a straight line to a call. No discovery form to fill in, no sales sequence. Answer these before you book and the twenty minutes we spend together will be the most useful twenty minutes you’ve had with anyone selling anything.
1. Who is this for?
Just me, or me and one other person. You are the business. You need the follow-up, the quoting, the notes and the memory off your plate. Book a review about a personal agent →
We’re ten to two hundred people, and our systems don’t talk. The knowledge sits in three people’s heads and five tools. You need it in one place, with rules and access you control. Book a review about a company brain →
There’s a specific thing I need built. A tool, an integration, a calculator, a workflow that doesn’t exist yet — internal, not for sale. Book a review about custom software →
2. Where does your business keep its information right now?
Write it down before the call — the messier the answer, the more useful the conversation. If the honest answer is “a bit everywhere”, that’s the normal answer and it’s exactly what we fix.
3. What are the two tasks that eat the most time each week?
Not the biggest problems — the most repetitive ones. Chasing quotes. Rebuilding the same spreadsheet. Answering the same question five times. Those two tasks are how we pick which modules you’d start with, and it’s why our recommendations come with a price instead of a proposal.
4. Who would use it — and what should they not be able to see?
This one matters more than people expect. An owner should see everything. A showroom lead should see the showroom and not the margins. Someone who only needs the morning brief should get the brief and nothing else. Tell us that on the call and you’ll know within twenty minutes whether we can be trusted with your business.
What happens next
- You book — twenty-five minutes, no fee, and the link above tells us in advance which of the three you are, so nobody wastes your time.
- We prepare. Before the call you get a short note listing the three things worth bringing, and we do our homework on your business.
- You get a recommendation, not a pitch. Which tier, which two modules, what it costs. If the honest answer is “you don’t need us yet”, we’ll say that.
