Your business needs a brain, not another tool
Every business already runs on a brain. It’s just spread across your inbox, your files, five apps, and the heads of the two or three people who actually know how things work. When they’re away, that knowledge is too. When they leave, it walks out.
A Company Brain puts it in one place: a private, secured system holding your approved data, rules and priorities, that your whole team can reach — and that agents can act through.
What a Company Brain actually is
- It knows your business. Your stock, orders, customers, margins, calendar, files, decisions and rules — not the internet’s version of them.
- It answers with sources. Every answer points at the record it came from, with a date. If it doesn’t know, it says so instead of guessing.
- It prepares real work. A brief, a shortlist, a collection, a quote, a reconciliation, a follow-up — drafted to your rules, ready for a person to check.
- It acts on approval. Launching a campaign, creating a collection, messaging a creator: the things it can do, it does — once someone whose name is on the line says yes.
What it isn’t
- Not a chatbot. A chatbot has no memory worth having. A brain has your records, your history and your constraints.
- Not a subscription tool. It’s built for you and handed over. You own the code and your data.
- Not a black box. Role-based access, approval gates, and a log of who asked what and what happened next.
Who it’s for
Owner-led businesses where the complexity is real: 10 to 200 people, data scattered across tools, decisions living in a few people’s heads, and someone empowered to change how work gets done. Manufacturers, trades, professional services, insurance, retail and distribution — the businesses that run Southwestern Ontario.
It is not for anyone shopping for a $99/month AI subscription, or for an agency to run their ads.
How a build works — one month
- Week 1 — Foundation. We stand up the workspace, connect your approved sources, and put roles, permissions and logging in place.
- Weeks 2–3 — Training. We interview you and your key staff, get your rules out of your heads and into the system, and tune it against a real test set of questions until answers reconcile to source.
- Week 4 — Handover. Documentation, a live session with your team, acceptance testing, and recovery checks — so it’s genuinely yours.
After that, agents go to work inside it, and you can extend it whenever the business needs something new.
What it costs
Priced from a published rate card and an honest effort estimate — not a flat number invented on a call. From $18,500, plus a care plan from $1,250 a month. Every build includes your systems connected, your rules written down and your access controlled. Additional modules from $2,500. Prefer monthly? Any build can be spread over 12 or 24 months.
Questions we get asked
Isn’t this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
ChatGPT knows the world. A Company Brain knows your business — your stock, your margins, your rules, your customers — and it answers with sources. It also can’t act without approval, which matters more than anything it can say.
How do you stop it making things up?
Hallucination is a context problem, so we fix context. It answers only from your approved records, it cites them, and it flags what it doesn’t know. Before you accept the build, we test it against a factual question set drawn from your own data.
What if we stop paying you?
You still own the brain. Code and data are assigned on completion, export is contractual, and your Shopify, CRM and records never sit behind our paywall. Care plans keep it healthy; they aren’t a hostage arrangement.
Who can see what inside it?
Access is role-based and set by you. An owner sees everything; a showroom lead sees the showroom; someone who only needs a daily brief gets the brief. We build it so a user cannot see what their role doesn’t permit — and we test it before handover.
How long until it’s useful?
Most clients get grounded answers in the first fortnight and working output by the end of the month. It keeps improving after that, because it keeps learning your business.
