Whoever runs your admin or your jobs gets set up on the same agent in the same build, at no extra cost. After five builds, a second user is priced separately.

The second half is paid when the agent does the job, measured by a test you sign off before we start. You never pay in full for something that doesn’t work.

Isn’t this just ChatGPT with extra steps?
The model is the engine. You’re paying for the build: your business facts set up so it answers like you, the connections to your tools, the rules on what it may do and the test it has to pass. A chat window waits for you to explain everything. Your agent already knows.
What if it sends something wrong to a customer?
Anything going to a customer goes through your approval step first. It drafts and you decide. If it doesn’t know a fact, like a price or a date, it’s set up to flag it instead of guessing. Those rules are part of the pass mark.
Where does my data go?
It stays in your accounts: your AI subscription, your email, your files. We map exactly what it can read before anything is built, in writing.
What if it doesn’t pass the test?
You don’t pay the second $1,250 until it does. We keep working on it against the pass mark you signed off.
What do I pay every month?
Your AI provider’s plan, usually US$20 a month, billed to you directly. Nothing to us. Care plans are optional and only come up after your 30-day tune-up.
Can it do more than one job later?
Yes. That’s the point of the next-jobs map at day 30. Each new job or connection is quoted before you commit, and the agent keeps everything it already knows.
