What it costs
We publish our prices, because you should be able to work out whether talking to us is worth your time before you talk to us. Everything below is a starting point. The number moves with scope — never with how well you negotiate.
Personal Agent
$2,500 fixed. $1,250 to start, $1,250 when it passes the test you sign off. It runs on your own AI subscription, billed to you directly by the provider, and care plans are available on request. For one person who is the business. Working in about a week, in the app you already use, with approval gates while you build trust.
Company Brain
From $18,500 to build, plus a care plan set to the system you run. For owner-led teams of ten to two hundred. One month to build: connect, train on your own data, test against your own facts, hand over.
Custom platform & agent operations
From $30,000 to build, plus a care plan scoped to your operation. Internal tools, integrations and the agents that run inside them. You own the code.
Every build includes three things
These are not add-ons. Without them nothing else works.
- Your systems connected — one version of the truth, with a record of where every number came from.
- Your rules written down — how you quote, what you never promise, who gets told what, captured once and followed every time.
- Your access controlled — role by role, set by you, tested before handover.

Each module is added to your care plan, sized on your review. Most clients start with one module and add a second within the quarter.
Care plans
Every system needs looking after: hosting, monitoring, updates, small changes, and someone to call. Three starting points:
- Essential — hosting, monitoring, updates and a monthly report. For a system that is working and doesn’t need to change much.
- Growth — adds monthly hours for new modules and tweaks, priority support, and a quarterly review of what to build next.
- Partner — dedicated hours, a standing roadmap with us, and a response-time commitment.
Which one you need depends on your system, not on a package. We set it against what you actually run, and it changes as your business and your system change — up or down. If you don’t need the hours, don’t buy them.
Pay it monthly if you prefer
Any build can be spread over 12 or 24 months. It costs a little more that way, because we’re financing it rather than discounting it — twelve months adds 12%, twenty -four months adds 20%. Care plans are cheaper on a longer term: 12 months takes 10% off, 24 months takes 20% off.
Why we don’t discount
Every client pays the published price. If the budget is tight, we reduce the scope — one module instead of three, fewer connections — rather than cut the price. A smaller system that works is a better start than a big one with pieces missing.

What we don’t do
- No hourly billing. You’re buying a system that works, not our attendance.
- No discounting the build. If the budget is the constraint, we reduce scope — one module instead of three. A system that half works is worse than none.
- No lock-in. You own the code and the data. Care plans keep it healthy; they are not a hostage arrangement.
