What we’ve built
We would rather show you something real than say “various clients”. Where a number or a name belongs to someone else, we ask before we publish it. Where the work is still running, we say so. Everything on this page can be demonstrated on a call.
The agent that runs our own business
The most honest case study we have is our own company. We run Minds On Fire on the same architecture we sell: a private system holding our meeting records, client history, decisions and the rules we work by, with agents acting through it.
It reads and files our calls, keeps the business’s memory in one place, drafts the work that follows, watches the website’s health and reports what changed. When we ask it a question about the business, it answers from our own records and shows where the answer came from — and when it doesn’t know, it says so.
That’s the same system we build for clients. We’re not describing something we’ve read about.
Building now
- An assessment platform engine — shipped with forty automated tests passing. Its modules are data, not code: a new assessment is a folder of content and rules, not a development project. This is where our modular approach comes from.
- Micro-app assessment profiles — individual assessment reports generated from that engine and delivered to real people.
- An insurance commission calculator — an internal tool that turns a messy commission structure into numbers an agent can trust.
- Personal agents for individual operators — agents trained on one person’s business, working inside the messaging app they already use: following up, drafting, remembering, filing.
Numbers we can stand behind
- 439 interested responses and 378 unique leads from a single outreach campaign cycle across our events programme, reported September 2026.
- Forty automated tests green on the assessment engine described above — the reason we can say a module works before a client sees it.
- A working website that measurably improved — this one. We audit it, change it, measure it and report it every week, in public. Ask and we’ll show you the diff.
Tools we built for ourselves and now sell
Our own SEO and site-operations stack — an audit engine, a WordPress control layer, weekly measurement and reporting — exists because we needed it. It’s the same build-for-ourselves-first pattern behind every client system.
What we don’t publish
Some of our best work is inside businesses whose numbers aren’t ours to share. Manufacturers, trades, professional services, insurance and distribution: we can talk about the shape of those systems and the results in a call, with their permission. If you want a reference in your own sector, ask — we’d rather arrange a conversation than write a sentence they’d have to approve.
Founding Clients
We’re taking three clients at cost, in exchange for a published case study. Closing 28 October. If you want to be on this page next year, that’s the cheapest way in and the shortest conversation out.
Start here — or book a free system review — twenty minutes, and we’ll show you the system running our own business before we ask you for anything.
